At Frisco Premier Transportation Service, we offer unmatched transportation solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client and visitor. Available 24/7, we are ready to meet your transportation needs at any time.

Our team of professional drivers is dedicated to providing a safe, efficient, and courteous service. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we understand that reliability, transparency, and discretion are the cornerstones of our service. While we cannot eliminate all the challenges of business travel, our goal is to make your trip to meetings as punctual, comfortable, and efficient as possible. As a courtesy, we offer light refreshments on every ride, ensuring you arrive at your destination refreshed and ready for your engagements.

At Frisco Premier, we provide luxurious, late-model SUVs equipped with spacious leather seating, onboard entertainment, internet access, and Apple Car (available upon request). Our aim is to deliver a transportation experience that is not only enjoyable but also relaxing and dependable. Reservations

To confirm and secure your reservation, you must enter your card details via the confirmation email. Your card will not be charged until the trip date. This is required to ensure we assign the appropriate driver for your trip.

PAYMENT DEADLINE
SUVs and Sedans: Payment must be made at least 3 days prior to the trip.

Limousines, Sprinter Vans, Executive Vans, Coaches, Party Vans, Party Buses, and Rolls-Royce: Payment must be made at least 4 days prior to the trip.

If payment is not received within the required timeframe, we cannot assign a driver, and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For SUVs and Sedans:

FULL REFUND: 2 DAYS

50% REFUND: 24 HOURS

25% REFUND: 6 HOURS

If the cancellation is less than 6 hours before your trip, there is no refund.

For Limousines, Vans, Buses, and Rolls-Royce:

FULL REFUND: 3 DAYS

50% REFUND: 2 DAYS

NO REFUND: 12 HOURS

If the cancellation is less than 12 hours before your trip, there is no refund.

TRIPS BY HOURLY: For services rented by the hour we have the policy of charging if the estimated time is exceeded, the tolerance time is a maximum of 15 minutes, after that time an additional hour + Admin/Processing Fees is charged depending on the type of service requested.

ONE-WAY OR ROUND TRIPS: For one-way or round trip services, we have a fee-based policy; if the estimated time is exceeded, the tolerance time is a maximum of 15-20 minutes. After that time, an additional minute fee + Administration/Processing Fees will apply depending on the type of service requested.

RESERVATION CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS:

For SUVs and sedans, changes can be made up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.

For all other vehicles (limousines, sprinter vans, executive vans, coach buses, mini-buses, party vans, party buses, and Rolls-Royce), changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All changes are subject to availability, so we recommend making any requests as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs. This is especially important, as we have other reservations scheduled, and timely requests help us maintain a smooth experience for all our passengers.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are based on the cancellation timing, minus a 10% processing fee.

If multiple transactions (e.g., deposit + final payment) were made, refunds will be issued per transaction.

For multiple-trip reservations, refunds will be processed per trip.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Reservations are managed through MOOVS, a trusted platform that ensures a smooth, efficient, and user-friendly booking experience.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

For your convenience, we also provide invoices, receipts, and any additional documentation you may require, tailored to your specific needs.

 

Airport Pick-Up Instructions:

For a quick and efficient airport pickup (DAL or DFW), it is important that you provide your arrival day, flight number, full name, and phone number.

Our operations team is available 24 hours a day.
We monitor flights in real time so do not worry about your arrival, as soon as the flight lands the assigned driver will contact you by text message, the driver will have the information of which terminal to pick you up.
When picking up your luggage, verify the baggage claim or current departure gate and send it to the assigned driver. Then, you will be directed to go to the meeting point, while the vehicle is also sent to the meeting point. It is a 2 to 3 minute walk to the meeting point and the vehicle will take approximately 7 to 10 minutes to reach the meeting point, depending on the congestion at the airport.

Vehicles are dispatched to the designated pickup point once the passenger has collected their luggage or is about to exit the terminal (in the case of carry-on baggage only).

Kindly ensure that you are ready and waiting at the designated pickup location upon the driver’s arrival to facilitate a timely and efficient pickup.
To assist with this process, we kindly ask that all passengers notify the driver when they are ready to proceed to the curb.
This helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth and timely pickup experience.

MEET & GREET:
We offer the service of meeting passengers at the baggage claim area for an additional charge of $20. In this service, the driver parks the vehicle and meets the passenger, holding a sign with their name for easy identification. This is an excellent option when passengers require assistance with their luggage, as the driver handles all the work, providing added comfort and convenience for the passengers.

 

Airport Transfers

The assigned driver will be in contact with the client whether it is the airport pick-up destination or the airport drop-off destination, clients will be granted a grace period of 30 minutes after the scheduled flight time and a grace period of 50 minutes for international flights.

After the grace period, the overtime charge per minute begins to count.

It is the responsibility of the client the estimated time of arrival of the flight and the time that he wants them to be at the airport for the pick-up.

(As long as the flight is not delayed or has any unexpected changes).

We monitor flight statuses and plan accordingly.

Showing in the correct terminal and in the estimated time.

If you do not show up, we will charge you the total amount.

If the Passenger requests off-route stops for point-to-point reservations, an additional fee will be charged according to the miles traveled outside the current destination.

As you exit the terminal, our assigned driver will contact you to pick you up.

 

Promo, Party or Group Policy

The trips must be made by a person from 18 years of age.

FRISCO PREMIER TRANSPORTATION is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers, drivers, and the general public. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed offensive or potentially dangerous to themselves or others.

All participants of graduation trips, event trips and group trips under 18 years of age must have the consent of a person in charge to travel.

Our drivers are responsible for operating the vehicle and maintaining safety, NOT FOR SUPERVISING CHILDREN!
Therefore, an adult aged 21 or older must be present at all times when minors are on board. Passengers are expected to comply with all instructions and directions given by the driver.

For tours, parties, promotional events, or any trips involving children or teenagers, the presence of at least one responsible adult over the age of 21 is required for the entire duration of the trip.

The driver reserves the right to cancel the trip without a refund if they feel unsafe or witness any use of drugs or alcohol.

Frisco Premier Transportation is not responsible for valuables left in our vehicles or dropped around our vehicles.

If the traveler forgets an object and contacts us immediately, we will check if the object is on board the vehicle, and we will save it to return it. All items are the responsibility of their owners.

Frisco Premier Transportation offers passengers the option to leave their belongings with the driver if necessary, as long as the driver is notified in advance. However, this is done at the passenger’s own risk. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or issues related to passengers’ belongings. Please make sure to check the seats carefully before leaving the vehicle.

Frisco Premier Transportation is not responsible for injuries, games, or jokes between travelers.

Overtime will be charged as long as the driver is available and does not have another reservation, although we will do everything possible to meet the client’s request (advising 1 hour before the overtime).

At Frisco Premier Transportation, we strictly enforce government regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding the consumption or use of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21. Violation of this policy will result in termination of services without refund.

 

Payments

We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and checks. We accept cards and cash payments at the time of service. However, a credit card must be registered to confirm the reservation.

In the event that a reservation is canceled and a refund needs to be processed, the refund amount will be for the total of the reservation minus transaction fees.

Surcharges

All road tolls, parking, and airport taxes are included in the rate, except: cost for unforeseen waiting, route deviation at the client’s request.

For unexpected last-minute waits, dead time (waiting time) per minute will be charged.

The trip is calculated by miles traveled and time.

​If, just in case, at the end of the trip, there is a charge of any kind of waiting, the charge will be sent to you with its respective reason for the charge made.

In some cases, the gratuity is already included in the reservation. Any offer exceeding the standard gratuity is intended solely for the driver and is entirely optional. Frisco Premier Transportation is not responsible for any agreements or offers made between the driver and the client once the trip has concluded. Such offers are considered a gesture of appreciation for the driver’s attention and professionalism throughout the journey.

 

No show fee

A customer will be considered a no-show after thirty minutes of waiting time after the scheduled time. If we have not had any contact with you, you will be charged the full amount of the trip. We will attempt to make two phone calls to the primary phone number on file and leave voice messages.
