About Frisco Premier Transportation

At Frisco Premier Transportation Service we provide transportation of the highest quality to all our clients and visitors, customizing according to each need. We are available 24/7 to take your order.

Our professional drivers are friendly, safe and efficient. The priority is always our clients and we know that the most important thing is to provide travelers with a reliable, transparent, particular and above all discreet service. The drivers are very familiar with the particular needs of the business traveler.

While we can’t take all the stress out of business travel, we’ll get your people to meetings in the most efficient, timely, punctual, and comfortable way possible. On each trip we can offer light refreshments as a courtesy of your trip so that you arrive at your destination while.

At Frisco Premier we provide luxurious late-model SUVs, spacious leather seats, on-board entertainment, internet, Apple Car (at the customer’s request) so that your trip is as pleasant and relaxed as possible. We will be happy to provide all our services.

Reservations

To ensure and confirm your reservation so that it is not canceled, you must enter your card details in the confirmation email, we will not make the charge until the trip is carried out, it is a way to confirm that we will assign the correct driver for your trip.

No we can send a driver if payment is not made within 24 hours prior to the trip and the reservation will be canceled automatically.

Frisco Premier is not responsible for delays or non-collection of the client due to non-payment of the reservation before the trip, please make your payment before 48 hours after the trip to confirm your reservation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any complications with your scheduled reservation.

Frisco Premier Service is not responsible for service delays due to conditions beyond our control, including (but not limited to) weather, road conditions, vehicle malfunctions, and traffic congestion.

In the event of an extreme condition, Frisco Premier Transportation will make every effort to dispatch an appropriate vehicle; however, in the event vehicles are not available, a refund will be offered at the Company’s discretion.

WE CANNOT ASSIGN A DRIVER IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE MAXIMUM 24 hours BEFORE THE TRIP AND THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY.

If the cancellation is less than 6 hours before your trip, there is no refund.

If the cancellation is less than 12 hours before your trip, there is no refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any complications with your scheduled reservation.

The customer has up to 15 minutes to wait after the scheduled time, after that time you will be charged an extra for dead time.

If at any time on the route the driver feels in danger and/or threatened for himself or the passengers of the vehicle, he can cancel the trip without refund.

Airport Transfers

The assigned driver will be in contact with the client, either the airport pick-up destination or the airport drop-off destination, clients will be given a grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled flight time and a period of grace of up to 45 minutes for international flights.

The assigned driver will be in contact with the client whether it is the airport pick-up destination or the airport drop-off destination, clients will be granted a grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled flight time and a grace period of 40 minutes for international flights.

After the grace period, the overtime charge per minute begins to count.

It is the responsibility of the client the estimated time of arrival of the flight and the time that he wants them to be at the airport for the pick-up.

We monitor flight statuses and plan accordingly.

Showing in the correct terminal and in the estimated time.

If you do not show up, we will charge you the total amount.

If the Passenger requests off-route stops for point-to-point reservations, an additional fee will be charged according to the miles traveled outside the current destination.

As you exit the terminal, our assigned driver will contact you to pick you up.

Promo, Party or Group Policy

The trips must be made by a person from 18 years of age.

All participants of graduation trips, event trips and group trips under 18 years of age must have the consent of a person in charge to travel. If at any time the driver does not feel safe, they can cancel the trip without a refund.

If at any time the driver witnesses any form of drugs or alcohol, they can cancel the trip without a refund.

Frisco Premier Transportation is not responsible for valuables left in our vehicles or dropped around our vehicles.

If the traveler forgets an object and contacts us immediately, we will check if the object is on board the vehicle and we will save it to return it. All items are the responsibility of their owners.

Frisco Premier Transportation offers the opportunity for passengers to leave their belongings if necessary with the driver, as long as they notify the driver at their own risk, so they can be stored in a locked cabin.

Frisco Premier Transportation is not responsible for injuries, games or jokes between travelers.

Overtime will be charged as long as the driver is available and does not have another reservation, although we will do everything possible to meet the client’s request (advising 1 hour before the overtime).

At Frisco Premier Transportation we strictly enforce government regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding the consumption or use of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21. Violation of this policy will result in termination of services without refund.

Payments

We accept all major Credit cards, Debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, We accept cards and cash payments at the time of service. However, a credit card must be registered to confirm the reservation.

In the event that a reservation is canceled and a refund needs to be processed, the refund amount will be for the total of the reservation, minus transaction fees.

Surcharges

All road tolls, parking and airport taxes are included in the rate, except: cost for unforeseen waiting, route deviation at the client’s request.

For unexpected last-minute waits, dead time (waiting time) per minute will be charged.

The trip is calculated by miles traveled and time.

​If, just in case, at the end of the trip there is a charge of any kind of waiting, the charge will be sent to you with its respective reason for the charge made.

No show fee

A customer will be considered a no-show after thirty minutes of waiting time after the scheduled time. If we have not had any contact with you, you will be charged the full amount of the trip. We will attempt to make two phone calls to the primary phone number on file and leave voice messages.
